The Municipality of Huron East is in the process of creating a Municipal-wide Refreshment Vehicle By-Law and we're looking for your feedback! The goal of our by-laws remains to create respectful and responsible neighbours, and to protect the health and safety of our residents and communities.

What about a one day fee? I run markets where it is just one day so it wouldn’t make sense to get this one

Ministry Approved Food Handling/Health and Safety Certification
Ministry Approved Food Handling Safety Certification available within Ontario Public Health Units should be required and proof of validity by all owner's and employee's should be posted.
